Logout's Fashion show started when Logout can't think of anything to do about his room! As soon as he started, many picos already liked the show for it is the most peaceful fashion show they've seen. And also Logout's "themes" have sense (e.g Rock N' Roll, Summer, Japanese etc.) rather than colors for themes.
The show easily became famous, and gained new themes through time. So if you're bored, just visit Logout's room and aim for some fun!
