Talkative much

Tagalog park, especially the first one is indeed the busiest & noisiest park
among the eight community parks.
Here you can see live pico fights and rants. LOL

    im a filipino!i speak tagalog..people there luv to fight and make stuff up..thats why its so noisy there.hehehe
